The routing calls to Spain costs 0.03€ / min. from whichever country which we offer numbers.

How long does it take to activate an international line ?
Usually, the activation takes 48 hours. However, we have to take into account the jetlag with other countries which could slow down the activation.

Is it possible to rout international numbers to a mobile phone of Spain ? ?
Yes, we can rout to mobile. Route to mobile costs 0,03 € / minute (international) + 0,10 € / minute (mobile).

For what call stats are used?
Call stats are a list of all call received on your number, indicating the date, hour, caller's number, duration, etc…
Moreover, it permits to know the quantity of received calls by period (today, yesterday, per month, etc…).
For each call, we can know if the call was attended (the phone was picked up and there was a conversation) or if the call was stayed on voicemail (message outside the “opening hours”, waiting message on line, voice message, etc.).

Routing Manager is a tool to manage number diversions. From this tool, through the web, we can configure number diversions, phone attention hours, answer phones, voicemail, etc.
It permits to configure all the number parameters, did in real time (they work as soon as their application).
